Shipping Policy-We Currently Ship within the United States.

Additional Information

  1. Order Processing and Shipping Time: All orders are processed within 5 business days of the order being placed. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 
  2. Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States of America. No shipping to PR, Guam or VI. We are actively working to expand our shipping locations and look forward to serving international customers in the future. 
  3. Delivery Carrier: We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our delivery carrier.
  4. Shipping Rates: Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  5. Order Tracking: Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the delivery status of your package. 
  6. Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@healthytresses.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed. 
  7. Packages Damaged in Transit: If you receive a package that was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at customerservice@healthytresses.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement or refund.
