Celebrating 30/Yrs of Healthy Hair! Healthy Tresses is the Hair Vitamin Reinvented.
1 cup of Ice
1 cup of fruit (I used strawberries, kiwi, mango, pineapple.)
1 scoop of Healthy Tresses Vanilla Supplement Powder.
1 Tablespoon of white sugar
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1 teaspoon of honey
Blend until all ingredients are fully incorporated, pour into a glass, or blend mango and place other ingredients on top into a smoothie bowl.
Mix 1 scoop of Healthy Tresses Vanilla Supplement Powder into my water bottle through a funnel, shake it vigorously for about a minute, and drink it.
I prefer water to juice so it is less sweet for my taste.
1 scoop of Healthy Tresses Vanilla Supplement Powder added to 8oz of Orange or CranGrape juice mixing using a hand blender.
3/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt ( flavored or plain)
1 cup arugula
1/2 apple (your choice) cored and cut into smaller pieces.

1 Tbsp Manuka honey (Or, your favorite brand).
1 cup frozen strawberries
(Ice cubes-optional)
Place all in a blender in the order listed and blend until you reach a smooth consistency.

- 1 cup plant-based milk (almond, soy, or oat)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries

- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. - 1 medium sweet potato, cooked and peeled
- 1/2 apple cored and chopped
- 1/2 tsp turmeric

3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Gently fold in blueberries. Spoon batter into muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine coconut water, chopped apple, kale leaves, spinach leaves, fresh ginger, green grapes, strawberries, and Healthy Tresses Vanilla Supplement Powder.
2. Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are combined and the mixture is smooth.
3. Adjust the sweetness or thickness by adding more coconut water or fruit if desired.
4. Once the desired consistency is reached, pour the protein drink into glasses.
